Payments

Payments can be made in different ways. Upon acceptance of the order proposal, the Buyer user will pay the relevant amount by credit card (among those indicated on the Site) or by other means. Payment can be made using only one type of card that covers the entire purchase amount. The transaction data will be encrypted during transactions for security reasons and in any case the payment methods ensure maximum purchase security for the buyer.

The Manager reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. landline telephone number) or to send copies of documents. In the absence of the required documentation, the Manager reserves the right not to accept the Order. No IT archive of the Manager will retain such data.

Under no circumstances can the Manager be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards or other means of payment by third parties when paying for products purchased on the Site.

Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, in the event of cancellation of the Order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance of the same by the Manager, the latter will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order before shipping by the seller user. If the communication requesting cancellation for any reason arrives after the customer-seller has shipped the product, the order can no longer be cancelled.
